Wolfe County Health and Rehab participated in today’s Swift Silver Mine Parade. The theme of their float was Kentucky’s 225th birthday. Props on the float included decades of Kentucky memorabilia with tobacco, coal, Ale-8 and even Colonel Sanders with some KFC. One resident even sported his old coal miner hat.
Their float won first place in the ‘Business’ category. Residents and staff are very proud of their Kentucky culture and are grateful for all of the work and passion that was put into creating the float.
