At Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center, we are lucky to have a caring, compassionate group of nurse aides who help take care of the residents. Today, they take their nurse aide test today in Hazard. They have each already demonstrated how great they are to the residents and staff….now it’s time to show the rest of the world! Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
