Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center held a quilt show today. Salem Church Quilter: Lynn Turner, Barbara Spencer, Margaret Walter, and Wilma Walter along with the Appalachian Heritage Quilters: Janine Musser, Brenda Neely and Della Ely brought quilts to show, did sewing demonstrations and brought several homemade lap quilts for the residents to have. Resident Mavis Burton brought a quilt that she quilted as a young teenager of 13 years old. Thank you to all that participated! It was a great day.
