With Christmas and the New Year coming the following are reminders about visiting residents at our facility:
-Our facility has Courtesy Aides that are typically available from 9AM to 9PM to screen visitors and assist with visitation.
-Ring the door bell and wait patiently for assistance. Some times are busier than others and only one set of visitors can be screened in at a time.
-Ring the emergency button to the right on the front door if no one comes after 10 minutes.
-You will be screened into the facility and given a mask if you do not have one. Visitors must sanitize their hands, their temperature taken, and they will be asked a series of questions regarding COVID -19 and possible symptoms.
-Visitors must pass the screening and sign an attestation form to visit with a resident.
-Visitors must stay in the designated area with the resident they came to visit. This will typically be the resident room. Please do not go room to room.
-Please wear a face covering appropriately and maintain safe social distance among staff, residents, and other visitors.
-if you would like a rapid COVID test please schedule one at the facility before you come to visit.
-It is not required but highly recommended that you have received a COVID-19 vaccine.
Thank you for your love and support of our residents and facility. We are blessed and thankful that friends and family are able to visit our residents.
