Wolfe County Health & Rehabilitation Center residents and staff would like to wish Patty Moore a Happy 25th Anniversary. Patty started at Wolfe County Health and Rehab in January 1992. She has worked in Payroll/Accounts Payable, Medical Records, and Accounts Receivable/Office Manager. Patty is a great asset to the residents and facility. We all certainly appreciate all she does. The hardworking staff we have at Wolfe County Health & Rehabilitation Center are just one of the reasons it’s a wonderful place to live and work.
Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
