June 9-16 is Nursing Assistants Week! We celebrated our amazing, innovative Nurse Aides all week here at Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center.
The week began with a scavenger hunt hosted by our therapy department. Nurse Aides had to guess clues to find hidden items around the facility. Every participant got a prize.
Later in the week, our Nurse Aides competed in the Ultimate Oreo Challenge! This game tested their balancing skills as they had to balance Oreo cookies on their faces (how can you have a delicious Oreo on your face without eating it?). Everyone was a winner!
We finished up the week with the Outdoor Snack Challenge. Nurse Aides competed in catching snacks on their heads. Our awesome residents even joined in on the game!

Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
