Congratulations to Teresa King on your Retirement from Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center!
Teresa started her career at our facility as a nurse when our doors opened in October 1990. She has held many positions including MDS Coordinator and Clinical Nursing Supervisor. Most of all, she held the position of family member and close friend to all of our residents and staff.
She has been dedicated to the residents, families, and to our team for almost 26 years.
We will miss you, Teresa! You’ll always be a part of Team Wolfe!
Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
