Happy Occupational Therapy (OT) Month from Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation to our amazing Occupational Therapists, Tammy and Amanda. The residents are blessed to have these two dedicated therapists providing excellent rehabilitation services.

For the challenges of daily life, OT provides solutions. Occupational therapists help patients of all ages participate in the daily activities (occupations) they want/need to do. OT enables people to live a meaningful lifestyle. Each patient has his/her own customized set of goals and Occupational Therapists, like Tammy and Amanda, help them achieve these goals.

Many areas of occupation including bathing, dressing, grooming, home and financial management, rest and sleep, education, work, play, leisure and social participation. The goal of OT is to help people recovering from injury to learn how to compensate and/or regain function in order to lead a full and productive life.

Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
