Our staff at Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center had another great day in Frankfort representing excellence in health care!
We were recognized by Representative Hubert Collins and Representative Cluster Howard before the House of Representatives for receiving the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities (KAHCF) 2015 Facility of the Year award. We were honored to have received the award in November at the KAHCF annual convention. We truly appreciate all of our staff, residents, community members, and everyone who made it possible.
Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
