Wolfe County Health and Rehabilitation Center designates January as the month to recognize Activity Professionals. We would like to thank our Activity Director, Brenda Creech, for her many years of dedication to our residents and facility. Wolfe County Health Care Center is a 100-bed nursing facility located in the Southeastern Kentucky town of Campton. We provide many services including 24-hour nursing, physician, radiology, laboratory and pharmacy services. We also offer Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy.
